Ben Positive Great solution to my problem. Tech was knowledgeable about the solution, and once I received a phone call, the resolution was quick. It did take a few hours to receive a phone call, which was disappointing given the fact that my computer was completely useless while I waited for the call. Rusty Negative The ticket was marked High Importance but did not receive a response until the end of the day. The response was more of a "cut & paste" fix which we had already started. Laney Negative Nick was unresponsive. I got an email on 5/17 and never heard back again until Russ called me last week. I sent two emails at the end of May and early June asking for an update and it was radio silence until the call from Russ, which I appreciated. My frustration is that when this upgrade was made at Smithville last night afterhours that the printer and CC machines were not considered or tested to make sure that they would be functional for business come this morning. Vonda Neutral I thought there was an option for after hours service? I was working from home and everything was working just fine on Friday. My password wouldn't work on Sunday, when I really needed to get more work done. I tried to call but there was no option to leave a message for emergency service. Kayla Neutral Justin was helpful and patient. One area of improvement I'd recommend is more prompt and transparent communication. I submitted the ticket this morning at 11:03 a.m. and while I did receive the auto-response, I did not hear from a member of your team until 3:25 p.m. If someone reached out and gave me an idea of when they'd be able to reach out, even to say, "Hey, we've gotten a lot of requests today.
