Joe has worked on my system before, and besides fixing my overriding problem he gave me some requested suggestions on how to upgrade what I had. My level of confidence and appreciation of the work done by The Purple Guys is unmatched by any similar service I've ever encountered. For a 75-year-old professional, I'd say that has meaning. Dani Positive I was testing my connection in anticipation of possibly not making it into the office in the morning. Couldn't get it to work, so sent a ticket so I would be at the top of the Que. Very surprised and happy to get a response on a Sunday night. Thank you! It ended up being "user error", and once I used the correct username/pswd I was in.
