Thomas Positive At one point in time it was a software install issue, then another time it was potential malware. I was never really sure what exactly was being addressed. He also explained the troubleshooting done on the problem with our accounting software and my computer in language I could understand (I'm not a computer wonk at all!). Arthur Positive Once Mike got on the case, the problem was resolved quickly. However, I do have a concern about the "pre-fix" period. I left on Friday, July 27 for a 1 week vacation. I took my laptop and, as per my usual practice, accessed my webmail. On Friday, August 6, I suddenly had no webmail access, nor was I receiving any emails via phone. I was locked out of my work! I contacted colleagues and then, for the first time, I learned that there was an "upgrade." So, when there is an upgrade that impacts users' access, I think there needs to be some advance communication about the situation! We are not playing video computers on this system. We are trying to handle legal matters that are crucial to our clients. I hope you review your upgrade practices and improve communication with clients. If it was our office that dropped the ball, then please advise so I can take that feedback to our Managing Partner. Aug 6, 2018 09:34

When I finally reached someone a couple of days later, I was asked for a ticket #, but I had never received one initially. I finally called again on Friday, five days after my first contact, and worked with a couple of people but nothing progressed until I sent an urgent message over the weekend. Imagine going a week without email and then your appointments disappearing on your calendar! I understand it just took time for my issue to be resolved but it would have helped for someone to keep in touch and let me know what was going on. Thank you. Aug 6, 2018 08:55
