Gina Neutral Joanna was responsive and helpful. I am frustrated that repeatedly when we need to update email addresses, it requires a lot of back-and-forth. Something in the way our email addresses are set up requires updates in several locations, and almost always the assigned tech doesn't know all the places to update initially. Tech thinks it is resolved, I have to check and then say no it's not, sometimes several times within one ticket. This has happened several times -- at least 5 times. I am hoping that there is some system to store notes so that whichever tech gets this type of request next will complete the request at the first attempt. It seems like a simple task, I realize it must not be, but the burden is then put on me, and I can only help so much ("still not updated correctly") is not much help to anyone, and only breeds frustration.
