I'm not an IT person by a long shot but I can understand that a server migration is tricky and there were probably a lot of requests this morning with people needing help. Trishia Negative Lots of follow up calls but no instruction on other options to try and no remote in to see issues when information provided for computer remote access. Ongoing issue without resolution or help. Also it would be great if help could be provided outside of normal hours as patient care is being completed during that time and it makes it difficult to have time to allow computer down time.
