The compensation plan will include a competitive wage dependent on experience and a comprehensive benefit package including Health, Dental, Vision, Short/Long Term Disability and Life Insurance. We also offer Educational Reimbursement, Cell Phone and Internet Reimbursements, Company Provided Shirts (purple of course!) and Laundry Service (those purple shirts need to look nice!).
Our System Administrators are responsible for providing world-class IT support for our customers in a variety of ways, including addressing desktop, Windows server (server configuration, active directory and group policy), and networking issues; recommending proactive solutions for how customers can improve technology performance, and by effectively communicating with customers in all situations.
2-7 years industry experience, Bachelor in Related Field, or suitable combination of education and relevant experience preferred. A+, Network+, Microsoft Server related (MTA, MCSA, MCSE) certifications are preferred, Security (CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CISM) and Networking (CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+) certifications are also desired.
Our Senior System Administrators fit all of the above criteria as System Admins, plus providing technical guidance and support to junior engineers, documenting the customers’ technical configuration/architecture and escalating issues when appropriate.
5-10+ years industry experience, Bachelor in Related Field, or suitable combination of education and relevant experience preferred. Microsoft Server related (MTA, MCSA, MCSE) certifications are preferred, Security (CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CISM) and Networking (CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+) certifications are also desired.
