Success Story - Harmony NCCJ
Harmony NCCJ is a not for profit that serves as resource and catalyst in and for the metropolitan Kansas City community to improve race relations, increase appreciation for cultural diversity, and eliminate intolerance. But when their server crashed, it was purple guys to the rescue!
Harmony's server crashed late on a Thursday night and purple guy Brian Stokes worked hard that night, the next day and through the weekend to make sure the staff at Harmony was going to be able to work on Monday.
Mary Taylor, Harmony's Director of Development & Marketing, had this to say in an email she sent the week after the crash:
"Brian Stokes is awesome. He is a lifesaver. Our server crashed on Thursday and he has been so helpful over the last week getting most of our programs and data restored. He’s my favorite Purple Guy!
Just thought you’d like to have feedback."
We always want feedback from our clients, but when the feedback comes unsolicited and it's positive, well that's what we live for! Thanks to Mary for the feedback and thanks to Brian for doing a great purple guy job!
