Executive Director Rae Jean McCall, Versent will be annouced as
the KCMBA affinity partner for technology. Versent also recently
assisted KCMBA in the redevelopment of the KCMBA website, www.kcmba.org

participates in Small Business Showcase
The
purple guys were having a great time at the Greater Kansas City
Chamber of Commerce Small Business Celebration Candidate showcase
and Business After Hours at the Muehlebach Hotel. Versent was
one of fewer than 85 companies selected as a candidate. The purple
balloons were fun to have, but hard to drive over to the hotel!

Forks
& Corks: The eighth annual Forks & Corks, an evening benefiting
hunger relief in Kansas City through Harvesters-The Community
Food Network, will be held April 29, 2004 in the elegant Festival
Plaza at Union Station from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Tickets are
available on a first come, first served basis.
Chefs
Classic: Chefs Classic is a gourmet food lover's delight which
couples fine dining with benefiting hunger relief. Acclaimed local
chefs and visiting chefs from around the country served up an
experience in 2003 to please even the most discriminating palette,
and raised almost $40,000 for Harvesters in the process! The 2004
event will take place in June.
Quisenberry-Harvesters
Celebrity Golf Classic: The twelfth annual Quisenberry-Harvesters
Celebrity Golf Classic will be held on Tuesday, October 9 at Loch
Lloyd Country Club. The 2003 event raised a notable $70,000 for
Harvesters - The Community Food Network.
